Welcome to the homepage for George Mason University's HFES student chapter. We are a student chapter devoted to the development of future human factors professionals.
The mission of HFES is to promote the discovery and exchange of knowledge concerning the capabilities of human beings applicable to the design of systems and devices.
The student chapter serves as a link between the professional human factors community and the human factors professionals in training at GMU. Our objective is to expand the experience and knowledge of graduate
and undergraduate students interested in human factors, while also cultivating a relationship between the professional community and George Mason's Human Factors/Applied Cognition
program.
